Experience: All our key personnel boast many years of hands-on forwarding experience. This experience enables us to formulate viable handling solutions to meet your requirements. Being adaptable is one of our strengths, being able to match your internal and customer requirements is our goal! Our handling procedures range from basic handling, to multiparty transactions for freight and documentation.

Knowledge: Each of our account managers is an expert in the geographic region they are assigned. Let's face it, it's a big world out there. No one can know it all! That's why we have people pre-assigned to a geographic region. They know the customs, the carriers, the market and the rates, making sure that your transactions are handled seamlessly, efficiently and economically.

Fail safe handling: EDI, consignee profiles, and preset document transmittals are some of the measures we take to make sure that your shipment is handled according to your requirements, whether it's the first shipment or every shipment thereafter. The larger exporter, one who would ship regularly and to various destinations, typically uses EDI. This electronic process allows for documents and information to be shared by various parties to the transaction. We are prepared to receive your commercial invoice and packing list data, transmit and receive the ocean bill of lading data, as well as any other information relative to the transaction.

As part of the process described above, we also want to know if any special documentary requirements are to be met or any special distribution or the like. This is also programmed into the system, and once a shipment is done for this account, documents are automatically produced.
