Search instructions:

 HBL search format:
Please enter your HBL using only alpha-numerical characters, disregarding all dashes, underscores, slashes, or blank spaces
For example:
An HBL number of PCL/KNP/7337 would be entered as PCLKNP7337
An HBL number of HCMC-LGB  1220 would be entered as HCMCLGB1220

If your HBL number has more than 12 alpha-numerical characters (after removing all of the dashes, underscores, slashes or blank spaces, as noted above), please enter only the LAST 12 characters of the HBL

For example:
An HBL number of SLPL/PCL/MUM/7329 would be entered as PLPCLMUM7329
An HBL number of MNL-LGB 12262004-001 would be entered as B12262004001
 

Pls Note for release of cargo

1. We will only accept a company check from a Customhouse Broker, faxes are not acceptable.

3. We will also accept a wire transfer, a bank check or a money order, faxes are not acceptable.

4. We will NOT accept a personal check or company check from the importer.

5. When originals are issued by the overseas agent, we MUST collect an original endorsed (by the company/person indicated as consignee) bill of lading.

6. If airfreight and consigned to a bank, a bank release MUST be received from the bank it is consigned to. 

7. NO FAXES of original bills of lading are acceptable, the phyiscal endorsed bill of lading MUST be in our hands before release

8. Freight release checks payable to the steamship line will be issued only after receipt of check due us.  Plese allow a sufficent amount of time for all checks to be issued for freight release to avoid demurrage.  All demurrage for the account of the importer/broker due to late payment/ in sufficent payment time allowance to carrier/s
